The SONOBIO SEWS-30L integrates two complementary processing systems inside a single high-borosilicate glass vessel: a 20 kHz / 2000 W ultrasonic dispersion system and a constant-speed mechanical stirring system. This dual approach overcomes the limits of conventional emulsifiers and stirred tanks, delivering finer particle-size reduction, more uniform dispersion, and faster reaction kinetics across dispersion, homogenization, and sonochemistry applications.
